What is AcuraLink?
The AcuraLink app is a connected vehicle service that works with your smartphone to provide seamless connectivity. Available features include Amazon Alexa integration, driver feedback information, an in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot, and a personal concierge.
What vehicles are compatible with the AcuraLink app?
Compatibility with AcuraLink will depend on the make and model of your vehicle. Most 2014 and newer Acura models should be compatible. Contact us to find out if your Acura is compatible with AcuraLink if you're unsure.
How much does AcuraLink cost?
The price of AcuraLink varies depending on which package you choose. The four packages include Basic, which is complimentary with your compatible Acura, and then Security, Remote, and Concierge packages are all available with a free trial or paid subscription.
How do I enroll in AcuraLink?
It's quite simple! Just download the AcuraLink app to your Apple or Android device and create an AcuraLink account. Follow the instructions on the app to complete the enrollment and choose your package(s).
Why is the recall notification still showing in the AcuraLink app after I had the recall completed?
It may take up to 30 days after a recall is completed for the notification to disappear from the AcuraLink app. If you have questions about recall services or the app, visit our Service Centre.
When does my AcuraLink subscription expire?
You can check essential information directly on the AcuraLink app, including shared personal details and subscription information.
