How Can I Get An Acura Roadside Assistance Plan For My Acura?

• Every new Acura vehicle comes with 4 years of Roadside Assistance
• Purchase a Roadside Assistance Plan from an authorized Acura dealer in Mississauga, Erin Mills Acura. The Plan will start when the new vehicle warranty matures. This way you are not inconvenienced, and your vehicle is covered with no interruptions.
• When you purchase a pre-owned Acura, any available warranty may be transferrable which includes Roadside Assistance. At this time, you may choose to purchase a Roadside Assistance Plan that will begin once the remaining warranty matures.

What Are The Services Included with Acura's Roadside Assistance?

Services Include:

Emergency Service: Battery boosting, delivery of gas to your stranded vehicle (cost of gas is not included) and changing of flat tires.

Lockout Service: Lost, broken, and lock-out service is available. The cost of replacement keys is not covered.

Winching Service: Winching services (up to $300 / incident) if your vehicle becomes stuck in snow, mud or a ditch.

Towing Service: To your preferred Acura dealership within 100 km of breakdown location, or the nearest Acura dealership.

Emergency Transportation: For vehicle break down within 100 km of home, you'll receive $300 toward a rental car or a taxi to help you on your way.

Trip Interruption Benefits: For vehicle breaks downs more than 100 km from home, $1000 will be provided towards accommodation, meals and car rental.

Traffic Accident Services: In the case of accidents more than 100 km from home, we'll tow your vehicle to your preferred Acura dealership within 100 km or the nearest dealership. We'll also take care of car rental, accommodation, meals and return of passengers to their home in the event of hospitalization, up to $1000. These benefits, including towing, apply when no other insurance is provided.

Emergency Message Service: Acura Plus will make every effort to inform your family, friends or business associates in the event of an emergency. This service is available 24 hours a day.

Dealer Locator Service: Access to Acura quality and original parts anywhere in Canada. Just ask and we'll give you the exact location and phone number of the nearest authorized Acura dealership.

Acura Computerized Trip Routing Service: If you are planning a trip call us 14 days before you leave, and we'll send you a touring information package.

Point of Interest Concierge: We will help you locate gas, restaurants, hotel, accommodations or points of interest.
